Marcia Hansen

Organist

Marcia graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Choral Music Education and Piano Performance. Webster University granted her Master of Arts in Teaching and Marcia taught elementary music for 33 years in Saint Louis Suburban school districts. In 2012, Marcia moved to Bartlesville with her husband Craig for his job at Phillips.

In January of 2021, Craig and Marcia, upon Craig's retirement, moved to Wichita Kansas to live closer to daughter Katie, son in law Will, and granddaughters Joanna and Evelyn. They also have a son, Mike, who lives in St. Louis. Marcia is thrilled to serve as the organist and staff accompanist at Mulvane UMC. She also accompanies for the Wichita Chamber Chorale and some schools in the area.
